Yes. We understand that people attending are from different time zones and may sometimes miss the session. So, yes, the webinar and the Playbook will be archived and available for viewing and study too. It will be posted in the Workshop Section of the website.
If you wish to become a coach at Genius Inside send us your details at admin@geniusinside.org. We generally take up certified coaches and coaches who have a good body of experience in the field. We will soon be launching a Train The Trainer and Master Class to become a certified coach. For that, make sure you subscribe to our mailing list so you can be informed when the dates are announced.
Sure. We understand that work and personal commitments can change. Before the start of the program, if you feel that you are not able to start the program, we would be happy to accommodate you in subsequent batches. Further, after you have started the program, if you feel that you may not have the time, we will be happy to pause your program and roll you over to the subsequent batches for the rest of the program.
Once you have paid and enrolled for the program, you will get a detailed email giving you details of the program and how it works. You will also get an invite to take a competency assessment test from SHL. After you have taken the assessment, we will personalise your learning journey and put you into various cohorts for learning. You will then also get access to the Learning Management system (LMS) to start your learning.
Once you have taken the assessment, your learning journey will be personalised and your cohort will be formed. You will then be able to see your co-learners on the LMS.
At the moment, we can’t collect the course fees in an international currency. We will send you a payment request Link in INR, you can use your international card and pay using the link. Â
Our webinars are open to all. We like to give attention to the attendees and promote a healthy Q&A during the session to build a deeper connect with the subject and the facilitator.
Some webinars are LIVE as will be mentioned in the announcement. Some interviews are pre-recorded and will be run as workshops on the platform.
The paid webinars will be available for viewing post the delivery date. All attendees will be sent the link for the on-demand viewing in case they have missed it or want to re-study and revisit it.
Yes, most of our webinars will be open to QnA sessions. Note your questions and remember to post them in the Q&A chat box.
There will be AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions conducted by the Founders from time to time, where the attendees can have a one on one interaction. This will be announced, so make sure you subscribe to our mailing list.
At the moment, we dont have any pre-training workshops. We encourage you to watch the Genius Code videos available on the website.
Detailed instructions on how to use the Learning Management System are available. These instructions would be shared after you have enrolled for program and have taken the Competency Assessment test
We offer a 15 day free look period for this course. A learner can seek a refund within 15 days of the course start. We will refund the entire amount less INR 5000 as processing charge.
While the learning can be self paced, we highly recommend that you build a learning disciple and set aside a dedicated time for learning. The program has pre-scheduled live coaching sessions. You will know the schedule for these sessions in advance. If you are not able to attend the live sessions, the recording of the session would be available on the LMS
We have partnered with Eduvanz to offer our learners an EMI scheme for the course fees. You have an option of making the payment through 3, 6 and 9 month installments. The eligibility and the interest rates applicable will be as per policies of Eduvanz.
